1. Customers who choose the mailing method assume the risk associated with mailing.

2. For maintenance, if the item is damaged due to human error, stained, or the purchase date exceeds six months, we will provide a repair quote based on the situation. The maintenance period ranges from three to six weeks.

3. Once the themes of the purchased or customized accessories are determined, we reserve the right not to make changes, and the paid order amount will not be refunded.

4. To change the date of use, please notify us one month in advance. If the notice is given less than one month in advance, a surcharge will be required.

​

5. No returns or refunds are allowed for goods.

 

6. Any changes must be confirmed one month before the collection of accessories.

 

7. The customer shall fulfill the obligations and conditions of the contract, and the company reserves the final right of decision.
