When is the Production Time of the Jewelry

Our production time varies depending on the complexity of the piece. Typically, it takes between 10 to 14 weeks for most orders to be completed. 

When Should I Order and Visit for bridal Jewelry?

We recommend ordering and visiting us for your jewelry when you choose your wedding gown, even if it's not confirmed yet. Our jewelry can sometimes be out of stock for a while, and availability cannot be guaranteed later.

Can We Exchange or Refund?

Sorry, all our pieces are made to order. We do not accept exchanges or offer refunds.

Handmade Product Variations

Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations from the photos. We may not notify customers about these minor differences.

Repair Services

Yes, we offer repair services within 6 months of receiving your package. Depending on the issue, there might be a repair fee after 6 months.

Can I Buy a Single Earring If I Lose One?

Unfortunately, we cannot sell single earrings as materials are ordered in pairs.

What If I Receive a Damaged Package?

If your package arrives damaged, we can fix it. You can drop it off at our showroom or send it via SF Express. Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Repairs can take up to one month, depending on the complexity of the repair.
