Boo Chong has enjoyed art and crafts since a young age. After graduating in Visual Communication in Hong Kong, Boo worked as a designer for cell phone accessories design, handbags design, and jewelry marketer, developing a strong interest in fashion accessories design, including art direction and photography related to fashion jewelry.

                In 2017, Boo created her own brand, 'THAT'S CHONG,' offering custom-made bridal jewelry services. The name 'CHONG' is derived from her last name. Through THAT’S CHONG, Boo connects with brides at different life stages, such as marriage and motherhood, staying true to her passion and dream. She engages with brides to understand their love stories and incorporates these elements into designing unique bridal jewelry that reflects their stories and characters. Her collections are designed to capture the romance between the bride and groom.​

The first crown design of THAT'S CHONG was inspired by Boo's best friend, who asked for a crown with a heart motif, reminiscent of a baroque queen and royal style. Boo felt deeply honored and satisfied to design this crown for her friend's wedding, using her expertise in form, shape, and mood to create a one-of-a-kind bridal jewelry piece. This crown has become a signature jewelry item for THAT'S CHONG, symbolizing not just love stories but also the bond of friendship.
